Those desirous of getting Transfer Certificate should make an application stating the reason of withdrawal of the pupil. The application must be made on or before last working day of March.In case an application is made later fees will be collected as per the rules.

A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for a Transfer Certificate. Duplicate.Transfer Certificate will be issued on the production of an affidavit duly signed by a magistrate / Notary giving valid reasons. The charge for duplicate Transfer Certificate and for any other relevant certificate will be Rs. 100/-. Parents who are willing to apply for T.C. should make sure that the R.D. cheque has to be collected and presented to the bank within a span of 3/6 months. If not the entire amount will be forfeited. No claims will be entertained later.

The above rule is also applicable for students who withdraw or are removed from the rolls.

The T.C should further be attested by the B.E.O . 18th Cross, Malleshwaram, Opp. Lakshmi Ammanni College (Working hours Mon-Sat = 9.30 a.m.-6.30 p.m., Sunday Holiday).
